Lancelot ETRM has been recognised by Gartner
Our ETRM solution for energy traders has been included in the prestigious Gartner Market Guide
Unicorn's Lancelot ETRM (Energy Trading and Risk Management) software solution has been recognised by Gartner in its prestigious Gartner Market Guide for ETRM solutions. This inclusion confirms Lancelot ETRM's position as one of the top-tier solutions in the industry.
Renowned global research and advisory firm Gartner evaluated Lancelot as a robust and flexible solution that effectively covers all key areas of energy trading. Due to its qualities, Lancelot has also become part of the content of the Gartner Market Guide, whose main purpose is to monitor and share global market information, evaluate software solution providers and make strategic recommendations.
"We are very pleased that our Lancelot product has been included in the Gartner Market Guide for ETRM solutions. This recognition confirms our long-standing specialisation in the field of software solutions for the energy industry, where we have been operating for more than 25 years. We believe that Lancelot is one of the best ETRM products on the market due to our ability to create modern, flexible and customer-oriented solutions that are always ready to meet the current needs of the rapidly changing energy market,"- says Jan Konrád, Chief Commercial Officer at Unicorn Systems.
The Lancelot platform covers the needs of wholesale and retail. It is designed for traders, suppliers and distributors. A highly praised feature of Lancelot is its modularity and flexibility. In addition, Lancelot ETRM has undergone a number of major enhancements in the past year, including support for 15-minute trading intervals and AI-driven predictions.
Lancelot ETRM efficiently and clearly guides the trader through all phases of the trading life cycle and can provide the ultimate information and data service that every trader will appreciate. Gartner's assessment confirms the quality of Lancelot's product, which is characteristic of Unicorn Systems, across its entire portfolio of energy and non-energy products. The customer ratings on Gartner's marketplace platform Gartner Peer Insights itself then show that Lancelot's clients primarily value product features like effective risk management and regulatory reporting, financial operations and trading, as well as valuations, nominations and integration with markets.
"For existing customers, it is a confirmation of the quality of the product. For us, it also means significant help in penetrating foreign markets. The main goal is for Lancelot to have as strong a position in Europe as it already has in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The energy industry used to be rather conservative. But now it is an industry where innovation and new approaches are being pushed hard. The energy industry is changing and the technology to support commodity trading is changing. The Lancelot platform is perfectly prepared for these changes."
- adds Jan Konrád.
